We’re excited to officially launch the AMS Intranet, your new central hub for company information, updates, and resources. This platform is designed to keep everyone connected and informed, and we hope it becomes a great resource for you. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll find on the Intranet and how you can make the most of it:
📄 Documents Center
In the Documents section, you’ll find all essential Insurance, Safety, HR, and 401(k) forms organized by category. Whether you’re looking for benefit information or reviewing safety protocols, it’s all here. If a form needs to be filled out and submitted, you can complete it digitally and email it directly to HR at hr@ams.services. Safety-related documents should be submitted to jboldman@ams.services.
The Annual Forms will now house any forms we typically send out on a yearly basis. No more digging through your inbox, just head here to find what you need. We’ll continue to notify you when new forms are posted, so you’re always up to date.
📝 To-Do List
The To-Do List will help keep you organized by showing current action items such as reviewing annual forms, completing open enrollment tasks, or submitting required documents. This section will grow and change depending on the time of year and company priorities.
📅 Upcoming Events
Stay in the loop with company happenings! The Upcoming Events section will highlight events like company picnics, holiday parties, wellness days, and other gatherings or meetings. It’s a great way to plan ahead and join in on the fun.
🔍 Search Function
Looking for something specific? Use the search bar to type in keywords and instantly locate documents, announcements, forms, or posts across the Intranet. It’s a quick and easy way to find what you need.
📢 Employee Updates & Announcements
Here, you’ll find blog-style posts covering company news, employee highlights, jobsite updates, and more. We’ll use this area to recognize great work, share behind-the-scenes moments, and bring you the latest on what’s going on at AMS.
💚 Wellness Corner
This section is all about supporting your well-being. Look for articles and updates about AMS’ insurance benefits, wellness tips, and general health topics. We’ll be posting regularly to help you make the most of your coverage and feel your best.
💡 Suggestion Center
We want your feedback! The Suggestion Center is a place where you can anonymously share ideas, opinions, or suggestions about anything AMS related. Your voice matters, and we want to hear from you.
💬 Group Messaging Board
Located in the center of the homepage, the Group Messaging Board is your space to post public shoutouts to coworkers, celebrate wins, welcome new team members, share positive updates, or just spread some good vibes. It’s all about building each other up and staying connected as a team.
