Great News for 2026!
Thanks to your healthy choices and proactive care, weekly premiums will not increase for 2026! Because our employees continue to complete biometric screenings, annual physicals, and age/gender-appropriate screenings, and are making smart care decisions like visiting urgent care instead of the ER, our insurance costs have not increased.
Your efforts truly make a difference. By keeping healthcare costs down on the employee side, we’re able to avoid increasing weekly premiums. Keep up the great work so we can continue to prevent rate increases in the future- this is never guaranteed! Thank you for helping keep our AMS family strong and healthy!
Important Reminders
Open Enrollment will run from November 3rd-November 26th: Any changes to your Health, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, or Life Insurance must be completed during this period and forms returned to HR for a January 1, 2026 effective date. This is the only time of year you can make changes without experiencing a qualifying life event.
Biometric & Screening Forms Due December 31,2025: Please turn in your biometric, physical, and age/gender-appropriate screening forms by December 31, 2025. If your spouse is on the plan, their forms are due then too. Submitting these by the deadline helps you avoid a $30 weekly surcharge in 2026.
Working Spouse Affidavit Due December 12, 2025: If your spouse is covered by our insurance, don’t forget to complete the Working Spouse Affidavit again this year, this is due by December 12, 2025.
New for 2026 – TextCare! (No Cost to Employees)
We’re excited to introduce TextCare by One to One Health, a free virtual care service for all employees enrolled in an AMS health plan. TextCare lets you text a licensed healthcare professional anytime for quick medical advice, symptom guidance, or medication questions, helping you make the right care decisions faster, without the wait or cost of a traditional visit.
It’s convenient, confidential, and available whenever you need it.
We will be sharing more information on this new benefit during Wellness Days and all throughout the month of December.
