Safety and Health Program

Applied Mechanical Systems is committed to achieving environmental, safety and health excellence. It is our underlying philosophy and set in our beliefs that make our Company a success. All employees, management and subcontractors share the responsibility of maintaining high safety standards. It is the policy of Applied Mechanical Systems to provide a workplace that is free from recognized hazards likely to cause harm and to comply with Federal, State and local regulations relating to the safety and health of our employees.

All levels of management are responsible and held accountable for ensuring that employees understand and comply with Applied Mechanical Systems' Safety & Health Program and associated policies. Any employee in a supervisory role must set the example regarding safety and show commitment to our Safety & Health Program. Our management team is also responsible for ensuring that all employees have the training, equipment and financial resources to perform their work safely and responsibly.

Applied Mechanical Systems has been recognized both locally and nationally for our Safety & Health Program.

Our Vision regarding our Safety & Health Program is quite simple: The Pursuit of Zero Accidents & Zero Occupational Illnesses.
